Terms of Service

Effective 8 October 2026. These terms govern services provided by Missed Streams, operated by Nexus Crew.

1. Agreement and service scope

By using our website, authorizing an account connection, or engaging us to provide services, you agree to these terms and to any written service proposal or agreement between you and Missed Streams. If a written agreement conflicts with these general terms, the written agreement controls for that service.

Services may include livestream monitoring, content preparation and repurposing, publishing assistance, metadata preparation, and social media account management. The exact scope, schedule and deliverables are agreed with each client.

2. Your authorization

You confirm that you own, administer, or have sufficient permission to connect every account, channel, Page or profile you ask us to manage. You authorize Missed Streams to take the actions within the agreed scope and the permissions you approve through each platform.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, maintaining appropriate platform security, reviewing the access you grant, and promptly telling us when authorization changes. You may revoke connected-platform access at any time, although doing so may prevent us from completing the service.

3. Content ownership and responsibility

You retain your rights in content you own. You grant Missed Streams a limited permission to access, download, process, format, store and publish content only as reasonably needed to provide the requested services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights, releases and permissions needed for content, music, footage, names, likenesses, logos and other materials you provide or ask us to use. You remain responsible for final editorial decisions and claims made through your accounts unless a written agreement says otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You must not ask us to use the service for unlawful activity, impersonation, fraud, harassment, infringement, unauthorized account access, platform manipulation or content that violates applicable platform rules. We may refuse or suspend work we reasonably believe creates legal, security or platform risk.

5. Third-party platforms

Our work may rely on services operated by Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitch, Kick, hosting providers and other third parties. Their terms, policies, technical limits, review processes and availability apply independently.

We do not control platform outages, API changes, account reviews, copyright systems, reach, monetization, removals, processing times or policy enforcement. We do not guarantee that any post will be approved, remain available, achieve a particular audience, or generate revenue.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, billing dates, expenses and refund terms are set out in the proposal, invoice or other written agreement for your engagement. Unless otherwise agreed, amounts paid for completed work are non-refundable.

7. Confidentiality and security

Each party should protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the agreed work. We use reasonable safeguards for account connections and operational data, but no online system is completely secure. You should promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

8. Suspension and termination

Either party may end the service as provided in the applicable written agreement. We may suspend or end access immediately when necessary to address non-payment, unauthorized activity, security concerns, legal obligations or material violations of these terms.

When the service ends, you should revoke platform access you no longer want us to hold. Sections that by their nature should continue—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers and limitations—survive termination.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided with reasonable care, but except where the law does not allow it, they are provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, platform availability, audience growth, revenue, approval or a particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Missed Streams and Nexus Crew will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, including lost profits, reach, data or business opportunity arising from the service or a third-party platform. Our aggregate liability relating to a service will not exceed the fees paid to us for that service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve disputes through direct discussion before pursuing available formal remedies.

11. Changes and severability

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date identifies the current version. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
