Privacy Policy

Effective 8 October 2026. This policy explains how Missed Streams, operated by Nexus Crew, handles information when providing social media and livestream management services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to missedstreams.online and to the management services we provide for clients who authorize us to work with their social media or video-platform accounts. It does not replace the privacy policies of Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitch, Kick or other third-party services.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the service you request, we may collect:

  • contact and business information, such as your name, email address, brand name and service requirements;
  • account, channel, Page and profile identifiers;
  • content you provide or authorize us to access, including video, audio, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions and publishing preferences;
  • OAuth authorization data and access or refresh tokens issued by a platform;
  • technical and operational records such as timestamps, publishing status, error details and security logs; and
  • communications you send to us.

We do not ask for or store your Google password.

3. Google and YouTube user data

When you connect a YouTube channel using Google OAuth, Google may provide the account and authorization information needed for the permissions shown on the consent screen. Depending on the access you approve, this may include basic account identity, YouTube channel information, video metadata, upload and management permissions, and the ability to perform authorized channel actions.

We use Google and YouTube user data only to provide the channel-management functions you request, such as identifying the connected channel, uploading authorized videos, applying metadata, checking upload results, and managing content within the approved scope. We do not use this data for advertising, sell it, or transfer it to data brokers.

Limited Use disclosure: Missed Streams’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we use information

We process information to provide and improve the services you authorize; prepare, publish and manage content; maintain account connections; troubleshoot failures; communicate with you; protect the service and users; comply with law; and enforce our agreements.

5. When information is shared

We may share information with the platform you direct us to use, with hosting or infrastructure providers that help us operate the service, with professional advisers where necessary, or with authorities when legally required. Providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as it is needed to deliver the requested service, maintain necessary business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. OAuth tokens may remain stored while an account is connected so authorized work can continue. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted server and account permissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

When a connection ends, we delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed, subject to legal obligations, backups, fraud prevention and legitimate recordkeeping needs.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information associated with our service, subject to applicable law. You can also disconnect access directly:

  • Google: visit Google Account permissions and remove Missed Streams access.
  • Meta: use Facebook’s Business Integrations or Apps and Websites settings to remove the connected integration.
  • Other platforms: use that platform’s connected-app or security settings.

Removing platform access stops future authorized API activity, but it does not automatically delete business records we are legally allowed or required to retain. For a deletion request, follow our data deletion instructions.

8. Children

Our services are intended for business users and people able to authorize account management. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

9. International processing

We are based in Nigeria. Information may be processed in Nigeria and in locations where our hosting providers and connected platforms operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
