Data Deletion

Use these steps to stop future access and ask us to delete data associated with your Missed Streams service.

Send a requestDisconnect GoogleDisconnect MetaOther platformsWhat happens next

1. Request deletion from Missed Streams

Email hello@missedstreams.online with the subject Data deletion request. Include:

  • your name and the email address used with us;
  • the client, channel, Page or profile name concerned;
  • the platform involved; and
  • whether you want a particular connection removed or all associated service data deleted.
For your protection: we may ask you to verify control of the relevant email address, account, channel or Page before acting on a deletion request.

2. Disconnect Google or YouTube

  1. Open Google Account permissions.
  2. Sign in to the Google account connected to the YouTube channel.
  3. Select Missed Streams from the connected services list.
  4. Choose the option to remove or delete the connection and confirm.

This stops future API access using that authorization. Then email us if you also want eligible stored data removed from our systems.

3. Disconnect Facebook or Meta

Open Facebook settings and locate Business Integrations or Apps and Websites. Select the integration used for Missed Streams, remove it, and confirm. Menu names can change as Meta updates its interface.

Removing the integration stops future access granted through that connection. Email us to request deletion of eligible stored Page, publishing or connection records.

4. Disconnect another platform

Use the platform’s security, authorized apps, connected services or integrations page to revoke access. If you cannot find the control, email us with the platform and account name and we will explain the available steps.

5. What happens after a request

After verification, we will remove or de-identify data that is no longer necessary for the service. We will confirm completion by email. We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud and security prevention, payment records, dispute resolution, and backup integrity. Residual copies in protected backups are removed through the normal backup lifecycle and are not used for active service delivery.

Deleting stored connection information may make future publishing or account management impossible until you authorize a new connection.
